I have tried unsuccessfully to make bread three times since receiving the breadmaker as a gift, despite following all the recomended tips about temperature and measuring/weighing methods of ingredients. I am so disappointed, that I am thinking of giving it away or returning it. It is more trouble than making bread by hand!

I really like and enjoy the machine. The baking pan is a little small.However as a dietitian I must say the recipe book doesn't give enough clear information from start to finish. A recipe must take you step by step very clearly.

It couldn't be easier or more straightforward to use. I have never owned a bread maker before. I was motivated to buy it by working with a friend who owned one. This one was even easier than I anticipated because hers was an older version. I haven't having nothing but fun with it. The downside is that there are only two of us, and I keep wanting to make more and more bread! I'm just giving it away at this point! Seriously, it is easy and fun, and ridiculously simple to clean up.

I am on a gluten free diet and gluten free bread is outrageously expensive, so I decided I'll make my own bread and after reading reviews on several breadmakers, decided to buy the Cuisinart especially since it offers a 2 year warranty. It does a pretty good job and the bread is tasty. My husband also makes bread for himself. following some of the recipes in the booklet that comes with the machine. Easy to use, easy to clean

We have had 2 other kinds of bread machines and this is by far the best. Neither of the others had a light in it, I know that is a small thing but it is really helpful to not have to open the lid. It is also very easy to operate and looks very stylish on the counter, it matches our appliances.

I bought this model because the Toastmaster unit I currently own is quite old and does not have a jam cycle. I have been so very pleased with the features of this unit--for example how it gives you opportunity and reminder of when you can remove the paddle for no ginormous hole in your finished loaf. The fact that it is compact and does not take up a huge amount of counter space is a huge bonus! I have been replacing my older countertop appliances with Cuisinart and have yet to be disappointed. And yes, I use it every two days. Thank you Cuisinart!
