I have used this bread maker four times now. Each time, the bread has turned out perfectly. I made three loafs of egg bread and one loaf of Rum/Raisin sweet bread. The rum raisin loaf did not rise as well as the basic white egg bread, however; it was delicious.

I've had to experiment some to adjust the moistness or lack of moistness of the dough during the cycles leading up to the baking process. I found that during the 2nd Knead cycle, I need to add 1 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon of extra flour as this machine requires that much more than recipes call for to become more elastic and springy. Once I figured that out, I had better success with the quality of the finished product, either on a dough cycle, or on a full cycle baking the bread. Every bread machine is different as I learned with my first bread machine, a Hitachi that was 40 years old before it stopped heating up. I have found over the years that every Cusinart product I've purchased was a quality product and this bread machine is no different than the rest of my Cuisinart appliances.

I just got the bread maker, so I have only had one opportunity to use it. I was slightly concerned because I chose a little more complicated bread- the Jalapeño Cheddar bread. It was so easy to use the machine, and the bread could not have been more perfect! I was shocked that I had actually made a perfect loaf of bread! My friends loved it.

The CBK-110 replaced a many-years-old Breadman model. Both made 1, 1.5 and 2 pound loaves, but the Cuisinart takes up about half the counter space. The included recipe book has instructions that produced good, tasty bread, but somewhat drier than what I prefer, though a little experimentation should fix that. Instructions and controls are clear and easy to use. Whether you're new to breadmaking or experienced, I expect you'll be satisfied with this choice.

The piece that holds the paddle in the pan falls out, we have replaced the pan once already and now it’s happened again, bread maker isn’t quite two years old just a piece of junk.

I started to make bread this year. A love I had lost a long time ago. Due to illness I am home and made a resolution to make bread. Kneading is tough on my joints, so my husband bought me this bread machine. Love the thought of having the machine do the hard work... Looking forward to making bread!

It’s horrible! I’m on my second one in two months and the bread never rises. It’s just a lump of ingredients and dough. There is nothing automatic whatsoever ever about this machine. My girlfriend has had to premix, add extra yeast, cream of tartar, among many other tips from others who have had the same problems in online blogs. Just a rock hard 1/3 size loaf of dense garbage.
