Small, much smaller than my previous older one, but can make a two pound loaf!! Easy operation, really no touch unless you’re adding extras at the end. My family was really impressed with the flavor and texture, and especially when I told them it took me nothing more than throwing in the ingredients and pressing start; 5 min. Very easy to clean, very hard to mess up, tons of versatility in recipes. Fits easily in my lower cabinet, not much bigger than a small basic toaster oven. Love having the smell of fresh bread baking.

It’s really good but even on the lightest setting the crust is pretty dark, I don’t really care about that though, bread comes out great every time

Bought 1 year ago, makes great gluten free bread. Recipes included. Can also use King Arthur or Bob's Red Mill recipe but note some need to add extra of few ingredients (check their websites). Also used BRM 1:1 yesterday. Excellent results every time. Use camping, as well, only 600 watts is compatible with RV wiring.

I've made several loves so far. The best one was the parmesan pepper loaf. I really only have one issue with the machine. It does not brown the top of the loaf. The result is five sides nicely brown and one side pale and barely brown. The taste is not affected, just he appearance. I sort of regret not getting the larger model with the two heating elements.

I bought my bread maker because I am trying to eliminate ultra processed foods in my diet. I was astounded to learn that ready made bread and bread products are a source of ultra processed foods. We make delicious bread every few days and eat it without the worry! The bread maker is so easy to use and there are many options of bread recipes . Our house smelling so good is an extra bonus!

Bought for the gluten-free setting and was not disappointed! The recipes in the booklet take all the guesswork out of perfecting gluten-free bread. My sweetheart and I especially enjoyed the cinnamon swirl loaf.
