I am not convinced that I like the bread that it makes. I have followed all the directions but the bread comes out very dense. This may become a very expensive bread mixer. Also my husband thought that he had to buy the pans to make the bread but all they are is 4 mini pansthe oven. oven.

So far, I had the pleasure of baking 3 versions of bread without any difficulties. The operating instructions made it that much easier than the older one. The end result was an absolute success.

I got my machine about three weeks ago. I’ve made at least 12 loaves since then, 5 different kinds. I let them finish in the machine the first 3 time, now I free form it, or use a loaf pan or cake pan. Love the machine, wish I got it long before now.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this because of the great reviews. Using the recipes that came with it, I have made the basic bread recipe with disappointing results. I have tried different size loaves, I used name brand ingredients, changed the brand of ingredients, following the recipes exactly as they are printed. The bread comes out dense and darker than I would like. I have the machine set on the lightest setting. Perhaps I have a defective machine?
