Perfect for One-Pound Loaves; Quick Bake Feature!

I love the Cuisinart Compact Bread Maker, and I am so glad that I bought one while they are still available. I generally bake one-pound loaves because they are the prefect size for my husband and me. I tried to do this with my larger Zojirushi, but could never get the timing right. Not a problem with this Cuisinart.
It has a quick bake feature, and there is also a bell that lets me know when I can remove the paddle.
I looked at several bread makers and tons of reviews before purchasing this one. No other bread machine comes close to this Cuisinart if you want to bake smaller loaves.

I bought this particular bread machine because it was recommended by a friend. I have only made the Banana Nut Bread, the White loaf, and the mixed berry jam. All turned out well. The booklet that comes with it, has a lot of step by step, simple instructions. This is my first time making bread and don’t have a clue as to what I’m doing but the manual explains what I am suppose to do. I found the machine easy to use and the step-by-step instructions simple and great. My experience making my three recipes fun and informative. Can’t wait to try another recipe.

It’s a very attractive and compact bread machine. The loaves that I have made so far turned out to be very good. The cinnamon swirl is the best. It doesn’t take up a lot of room on the counter.
