Great compact size bread maker. We have a small space and the small foot print worked great on the counter. I remember way back in the days my mom had a bread machine that we didn’t really use. This makes bread making a breeze. Easy to use and nice fresh bread with clean ingredients. I love that you can put all the ingredients into the machine and walk away and it mixes and bakes great tasting bread. No regrets, happy with the purchase

Am disappointed in product. Have made half a dozen loafs with fresh ingredients and not one has turned out well enough to eat.

Crawl before you walk with this bread maker or you will waste a lot of ingredients. We found that the small er pound loaves are better for this mixer/bread-maker. Too much flour causes problems with density and overall cooking of the bread. Also, recipes say room temperature but butter, water, etc. are better when slightly warm.

We own several Cuisinart kitchen gadgets and generally hold them in high regard. This bread maker was purchased for the specific purpose of making gluten-free bread, and it is woefully inadequate. They cycles do no appear to have been optimized for gluten-free bread making at all and every attempt at having the machine run the process from start to finish has ended in failure. Generally, the bread ends up as a small, dense, cannonball. I would expect the machine works just great for regular bread, hence the 3 star rating. For gluten-free, 1 star.

I previously owned a Cuisinart Bread Machine for over 30 years and gave it high use. When it finally stopped working, I bought the Amazon Basic Bread Machine because I needed to make small loaves of gluten free bread. Although this machine makes good bread, the gluten free mode did not make a good bread. I then went back to Cuisinart, and it did not disappoint me. It makes a good gluten free bread. I expect many good years ahead of bread making for this machine.

The compact bread maker (CBK-110) does make good bread but there are 2 things that make me give it only a 3 star rating. The unit moves on my granite counter top while making bread and the beeps for the different notifications can barely be heard. There isn't a lot of movement but there shouldn't be any movement at all. That is not as big of a problem as the sound. The beeps are to notify you for different tasks such as removing the paddle or adding ingredients. The volume is so low that I can't hear them unless I am standing over the unit. My hearing isn't as good as it once was but I shouldn't have to be standing by the unit to hear the beeps. Very disappointing.
