It's good enough. It's a compact upright vertical bread loaf maker. I started with my classic bread machine recipe of decades of use with two other brands for one pound of 1/2 tsp rapid rise yeast, 350 g bread flour, 1/2 tbs sugar, 15 g butter, 1 tbs milk powder, 1 tsp salt, 240 ml of water. The loaf that it produces is very dense. No airy pockets. No gelatinization. It produces a toastable sandwich bread. I tried increasing the yeast and increasing the water for a wetter dough. I even tried adding a tangzhou portion to see if I could soften up the loaf. No real success. But for sandwich bread it is perfectly acceptable. It should be able to make quick and good dough for oven baking or pizza.

I was tired of flavorless Gluten Free bread options. Decided to try making my own with this machine. Accompanying recipes work great and make better tasting GF bread than I have found despite trying all options I could find. Simply add ingredients, select the right setting and press go. Easy to use & clean. Works as advertised, recommended.
