Works great, pour in ingredients hit start and in a couple hours you have hot, fresh, tasty bread. Size is nice and compact so i can leave it out on the counter

I was tired of flavorless Gluten Free bread options. Decided to try making my own with this machine. Accompanying recipes work great and make better tasting GF bread than I have found despite trying all options I could find. Simply add ingredients, select the right setting and press go. Easy to use & clean. Works as advertised, recommended.

I have had a Hitachi bread maker for over 40 years and decided it was time for a new one. I chose Cuisinart because of their reputation. I read all the instructions and then proceeded to put the ingredients in the pan for bread dough. I plugged it in and it was set to a complete bread making/baking setting. I tried several times to unplug and push the other settings but nothing changed so I let the bread maker complete the full cycle. I went online to Cuisinart support, but was asked to enter in my charge card information for someone to help! I then began googling Cuisinart Breadmaker problems and learned you need to press and hold the ‘start/stop’ button for it to reset. I have used the bread maker two times and have had to reset it each time. I feel bad returning things, but this may have been one item I should have returned. I do like that it is a bit smaller than my Hitachi.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
