Love this little machine. Feel like Goldilocks...makes 1 lb loaf...just rught for my husband and me and makes 2 lb loaf for when the family is in the house. And the variety of settings?! Gluten free, sweet breads, dough, ... the list goes on and on.

This bread maker works as good as the Breadman it replaced. I would recommend it to anybody who likes to make their own bread. We have been using bread machines weekly for the past 27 years and will not buy store bought bread. We even use it a lot to make dough.

As a single man I make one loaf of bread per week. The crust color button does not seem to work, except for white bread. I highly recommend using bread flour, not all-purpose, and DO let everything come to room temperature for an hour before you add it to the bread machine. Otherwise, it's been pretty good and worth the price. We will reconsider this after a year of usage.

Love that it’s compact in size compared to my original cuisinart bread machine BUT I made two breads neither of which rose. Appears machine may not warm up properly. Will give one more try and then return it if I have the same issue. Been making bread in the larger machine for years without issues until the motor gave out. I have had zero success so far in this machine

This machine is very nice, but the recipe book is poorly written and not very helpful. If you try to make bread according to the recipe, then your dough will be too dry because your dough can't be raised well enough. Your bread will become too hard to eat.

I have tried various recipes and not one has turned out. The loaves look OK but in the last 30 minutes, they collapse on the upper end. I guess I should try recipes that aren't in the book that came with it. I hate to keep wasting ingredients, though.
