It’s in the dough! I love Pizza so the bread machine makes great pizza crust dough.
We also like using the bread dough at the start of rise 3, we take the dough and put in a conventional bread pan, let it rise in the pan and pop in a 400 degree oven.

Dough-making process was simple; the end result though was disappointing. I made white, sourdough, and rye loaves. I followed the directions to the letter yet all three loaves were so dense after baking to the point they were inedible.

I received this as a gift to specifically make keto/gluten-free bread. However, the gluten-free program consists of 2 rises and all of my gluten free recipes only rise once. Most if not all gluten-free breads are only capable of one rise.

I’ve never used a bread machine until this purchase. I have not stopped making bread since I bought it! Haven’t bought a store loaf in over two months. Simple to use and there are so many different breads you can make or just prep dough. Waiting for summer to try making jam as well. Highly recommend!!

Makes bread efficiently but I wish I could tweak the programs a bit. For example, the "Add-ins" doesn't allow you much time to react when it appears versus when it continues on with the program. I do not know how long the waiting period is from start to the "Add-ins" period for a given bread recipe program so I cannot anticipate when that happens. If I am sitting on the couch in the other room and the unit beeps, it takes me time to get to the machine - not long enough in some cases for me to get there in time. Same with the "Paddle" period. I'm also still not sure if I am supposed to press a button or not when either of those periods appears. The last bread I made, I ended up accidentally resetting the entire program back to the beginning at the "Add-ins" period. The darkest option does not appear to make the bread that much darker than the middle darkness setting. I'm hard of hearing, so I wish there was an option to make the beeps louder or softer. Your Review Title space below is not long enough to say but the barest minimum, which limits and reduces the meaning.
