Excellent bread maker does everything it says its going to. Makes the best pizza dough ive ever made (by hand) so crunchy and not too heavy. Made the rasberry tart came out ah maze ing !

I had to return the machine. I tried over and over to bake bread. Different types of loaves such as whole wheat, French bread, plain white. Nothing rose and baked properly. The loaves were like lead. I bought new yeast to make sure that wasn’t the problem. I measured everything and placed in the machine in exact order. It didn’t work. My cheap Oster bread maker does a better job. I was trying to upgrade.

I bought this bread machine to use in my RV. It is much smaller than previous models I have owned and used.. I was concerned that it would “ walk” as it kneads - it does not! It fits well on my countertop when in use, and easy to store, when not in use. My only challenge has been baking at altitude - because we are on the road, I am not always sure of our altitude. But the adjustments suggested in the recipe book work well!
I have made whole wheat, oatmeal, Parmesan and peppercorn, pumpernickel, added seeds and nuts. I have also used the fast bake setting

I have tried several recipes now with this machine and have finally found a white loaf that is not heavy and can be used for sandwiches. Its easy to use, but if I had plenty of counter space I would probably not buy this upright machine as you do not have control on adding stuff to the 'top' crust, as the crust is on the side as this is a vertical machine. I'm still trying different recipes to find the 'perfect' sandwich loaf, and am still getting used to using an electric knife to cut thinner slices.

Got this as a birthday gift and have been very pleased with its performance in the month I have used it. It replaced a much older machine and is much more efficient than the old one (takes about half as long to make the dough as the old one did). However, it is much noisier and make conversation in the kitchen difficult while it is kneading the dough.
