I have really been enjoying this compact bread machine. It is simple to use, easy to clean, does not heat up your kitchen and I have tried three different bread recipes that were all a hit with my family. If I could give it more than five stars, I definitely would!

This compact bread maker has a lot of flexible options and makes wonderful bread! I have made white bread, wheat bread and Italian spice bread. I live at 7000 feet and now use dough enhancer after the white bread didn't do well. You can prepare the bread, but has an ability to start it a number of hours later. Removing the bread is very easy, and the paddle stays in the pot when it is turned upside down to release the bread.
