Makes the perfect small loaf for sharing, and for staying fresh.
This machine has been a real treat for me, I always made bread the old-fashioned way, which I love, but sometimes it’s very time consuming.
This machine has allowed me to make little small loaves that stay fresh for our own use but also I can give as gifts for friends! It has been a true joy to have this piece of equipment

I have really been enjoying this compact bread machine. It is simple to use, easy to clean, does not heat up your kitchen and I have tried three different bread recipes that were all a hit with my family. If I could give it more than five stars, I definitely would!

This compact bread maker has a lot of flexible options and makes wonderful bread! I have made white bread, wheat bread and Italian spice bread. I live at 7000 feet and now use dough enhancer after the white bread didn't do well. You can prepare the bread, but has an ability to start it a number of hours later. Removing the bread is very easy, and the paddle stays in the pot when it is turned upside down to release the bread.

I’ve wanted to replace my old bread machine for any years. It took a lot of trial and error to finally land on this Cuisinart Compact. It’s just right for the 2 of us, and the use instructions are easy to follow. It will take me several more tries to perfect the art of bread making with this machine, but testing the results is fun! One caveat to this: the bread shape is weird for us. Kind of like a square with that ever-present hole in the bottom from the paddle. I elect to treat the bread like dough and just transfer it to a buttered loaf pan for baking. If the shape doesn’t rock your world like picky ol’ me, you’re good to go!
