First breadmaker and I love it! Wife got me this bread maker for Christmas after a throw away comment about how I loved the smell of baking bread. The controls are very simple to understand and use and the recipe book that is included with this bread maker is also very beginner friendly with great tasting recipes included.

This is a great bread machine. It is so easy to use and all the bread I have made per the directions has come out perfectly. I so appreciate the wide variety of bread that can be made, and the fact that you can make your own dough for oven baking. Another positive is that there are 3 crust color choices.The book that comes with the machine has instructions for use on one side and yummy recipes that give step by step directions on the other. The only downside to owning this machine is the real possibility of weight gain without self restraint enjoying all the deliciousness. I highly recommend this product.

the pre-programmed "rise" times are much too short on this unit. the results are very disappointing. i only use this to mix/knead, then take the dough out and let it rise on its own and bake the bread in my oven. coulda/shoulda got a mixer instead of this.
