It is performing quite well. I have made both a white bread and a sweet bread. Both were amazing. It fits nicely on the counter which is one of the reasons I purchased it. Downside, it is quite noisy.

I love this bread maker. I stopped buying bread and use this multiple times a week. I had to adjust my recipes due to the humidity and elevation of where I live, but once I did that my bread was perfect.

this is the least user friendly kitchen appliance i have ever owned. if you press the start/stop button to remove the paddle or put in an "add in" & u hold it longer than 1 second it resets back to the starting time. after 5 or 6 attempts at using this machine to make bread i gave up & since it was a gift i gave it back. i will go back to the old fashioned way of baking bread

I purchased my 1st Cuisinart bread maker in January of 2021. I used it 1-2 times a week every week to make bread for my family. We are gluten free. I love that this bread maker has a gluten free setting. The bread comes out perfect every time! Unfortunately my 1st Cuisinart died while still under warranty. I contacted Cuisinart and they sent me a new unit. It was a very quick and easy process. I received my replacement unit within 10 days!

Makes a perfect loaf of bread every time.
Figuring how to slice it for sandwiches is a challenge as the loaf is a tall square.
It is pretty noisy during mixing, but only for a short while. I bough this to replace an older Cuisinart bread maker which I loved. It is not quite the same, but I still get the delicious homemade bread that we enjoy.
The new recipe booklet did not have a single one of my favorite recipes from my old machine booklet, but they all still work in this newer model.
