I love this bread machine!! Best one I’ve owned to date!! I love the cake setting and the jam setting, I love all the settings and the gluten free one is amazing. All the bread I make is gluten free. The cake setting also works great when making sweet breads with gf flour.

I am having to adjust my bread recipe to my new Cuisinart. I have found the bread denser than my previous bread maker but I think today I have done it! So, I am happy and I like the shape of the bread. This is likely my fifth or maybe sixth bread maker. I make all bread products - loaves, buns, French bread, raisin bread, pizza dough!

Overall very satisfied with this bread maker. High altitude baking is providing a bit of a challenge but the tips in the manual are helping. Probably the only negative is that the top doesn’t brown as much as I would like. While the sides and bottom get a lovey golden brown, the top is usually lighter.

Compact size stores easily while making excellent bread. Paddle removal reminder is a great feature so you don't have to dig it out of the final loaf.
