Overall very satisfied with this bread maker. High altitude baking is providing a bit of a challenge but the tips in the manual are helping. Probably the only negative is that the top doesn’t brown as much as I would like. While the sides and bottom get a lovey golden brown, the top is usually lighter.

Compact size stores easily while making excellent bread. Paddle removal reminder is a great feature so you don't have to dig it out of the final loaf.

It was great for my first two loaves. Then it just stopped working. I set everything up before going to bed and used the delayed function hoping to get fresh bread in the morning…I woke up to some abomination that looked like it simply didn’t get kneaded and just baked. After 3 more failed attempts I just returned it. Not sure if I got a lemon or if I just didn’t pay enough money but this was the first time a cuisinart product missed the mark for me.

It’s a vertical loaf. I had a horizontal loaf in the past. Make sure you remove the paddle or your last couple of pieces have a hole.
