It makes a really big 2lb bread! Great loaf for big families. I find the white bread recipe is better for toast than sandwiches. I suggest using bread flour instead of all-purpose flour for a lighter texture bread! It’s a very hearty bread. I need to try other recipes soon!

I purchased this bread maker to replace my aging B&D one. This new one has a lot more variety of bread making cycles than the old one. I especially like the timer that lets you know when to remove the paddle after all the kneading has completed. The bread also releases easily from the pan. I had to make some small corrections in my recipe, but the bread is actually coming out better than my old one. I still have some experimenting to do to perfect the recipe, but that will come.

The recipes that came with this machine do not work. I'm shocked at the amount of sugar and yeast......had to go back to my old machine made by someone else to get the bread to turn out.

This is my first bread maker and am i glad it is. This is so simple to use. Add ingredients from the recipe book, push a button and wait. It kneads, rises and bakes all by itself. And it tastes fantastic. I have made gluten free and jalapeño cheese bread. Both were fabulous.

I previously had a bread machine that was large & bulky so I decided to research & bought the cuisinart machine. The first thing I made was a cranberry walnut bread, I added the cranberry & walnut as instructed but the ingredients didn’t mix into the dough well. Then I made a loaf of white bread by following the recipe in the book that cane with the machine. It was very dense & dry. If I still had the box I would return the machine.
