It is so easy to use and works wonderfully. I am so glad I bought it. I swapped the raisins in the raisin bread recipe for apples - cut small and mix with spice and sugar and drain liquid - wow!

I love this Cuisinart bread machine. For years I wanted one but never took the plunge. Last year I got one for Christmas after I put it on a wish list. It is so very easy. Just dump in the ingredients in the order it gives, push the program buttons as indicated in the included recipes and VOILA! You have bread in a few hours. There are white, wheat, sweet, French, Italian and gluten free recipes with options to add in your own variations like cinnamon, raisins and even dark chocolate and dried cherries. Lovely, uncomplicated bread made from your own simple ingredients like flour, eggs, salt, yeast. No unknowns...just amazing bread. The bread I have made so far has not lasted more than 3 days. We love the taste and texture. It’s just that good.

This is a pretty good bread baking machine - great value for the money compared to other machines. The recipe book is horrible. After joining an onlline forum for bread machines I found out the consensus was to throw out that book and google recipes or get a Bread Machine Cookbook. Cuisinart could have done better.

I bought this bread machine for myself for Christmas. I have used it twice so far. First loaf was a french loaf using all purpose flour and active dry yeast (as in the recipe) and i felt it was very dense. The next time i used it, I tried the Cinnamon raisin bread but used bread flour and quick yeast instead. The bread seemed much softer and lighter. Unless you have a large family, we have 4, i think the 1 lb loaf is sufficient because fresh bread the next day is just ok. The machine itself is nice. A tad bit loud but that didn't bother us. I think practice makes perfect so I'll keep at it. Good luck!

This bread make is super easy to use, clean and make bread with. I am very happy with this machine. Since the bread has little to no preservatives, I only make a fresh loaf when we have company coming over to it doesn't go bad.
