The compact automatic bread maker takes up minimal counter space, which is a plus for a small kitchen, and with the dough feature, you can simply knead your dough in there and transfer it to your oven if you prefer. But you have to give it the full hour and a half for the dough to fully rise first. I love the versatility. It took me a little while to figure out how to remove the inner loaf pan, but once I got it, it was easy to operate after that.
