It did not produce the bread as recipe called for. I believed the name equaled quality but it failed miserably. After multiple attempts, I returned the bread machine.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I am not a person to spend hours in the kitchen and not big on having to stay close to the kitchen to check things like dough. So having a bread machine that is so easy to use and doesn’t require much effort with yummy results is perfect for us.

I have many Cuisinart products and love all of them because of the outstanding quality and well thought out designs. I recently bought the compact bread machine and am thrilled with the perfect loaves of bread! This machine is so easy to use and clean up is effortless! Since I use it so often and it looks so nice, I keep it on my counter permanently. I highly recommend this compact bread machine!!!

I’ve only used my maker one time and the only reason I’m giving it a four star is because I only use it to knead and rise bread dough. I can’t give it five stars when I don’t know how it bakes. I have multiple Cuisinart appliances and I have been happy with all of them! That’s why I continue to buy them. The bread maker did a great job and clean up was easy. The timer was accurate. I am sure it would do a great job at baking the bread as well. I am very happy with my purchase!
