Yum! Love the recipes in the book. They are perfect for this machine. My favorite is the Babka! I put Nutella instead of cinnamon. Oatmeal is my favorite toast. I've made bread for friends. And now they want a Cuisinart too. I love the compact size because it fits perfectly in my small kitchen. I keep it on the counter because I make bread every 3 or 4 days for toast and sandwiches. And about once a week for speciality bread for desserts or friends. I made 1 lbs loaves for me and they come out beautifully. This machine has a sound to tell you when to take the paddle out so you only have a small hole in the bottom of the loaf.

Very easy to use. Set up was a no brainer. I have made several breads so far and the machine is a gem. It comes with some recipes in the manual. You will need to be close by if your adding ingredients during the mixing process it beeps letting you know when to add and when to remove the mixing paddle if you want to.

Compact unit, but still packed with features. Super easy to use. Does great with simple recipes, more complicated ones do require a little extra attention to make sure mixing is going well. Great option for the money.
