I jumped on the home bread making journey late but I'm so glad I am here finally. This machine is the best thing since ... baked bread!
I am the main bread eater in the family so I wanted something small to make small loaves. I like the compact footprint of this model. It's easy to clean with barely a couple of swipes inside the basket and a soak of the paddle if there is dough on it. My favorite feature is the machine will beep to tell me when to remove the paddle if I don't want to bake it into the loaf.
It comes with a booklet of recipes. I tried the white bread recipe and it was okay. but I discovered a ton of videos and online resources as well.
I love the fact that I can just dump ingredients in it, select crust color, loaf size, and type of bread , walk away and three hours later, have freshly baked bread ready. I like that there are no extra ingredients and preservatives in my bread.
Of all the kitchen appliances I've purchased over the years, this one is a keeper!

So far I've made 2 loaves of Jalapeno cheddar bread. I tested the included recipe for both 1 1/2 and 2lb loaves. Both turned out delicious! Excited to try more recipes.

I think this is a very good bread maker and most of the recepes seem to work well. My only gripe is I think it is to high priced. After the purchace I noticed many other machines with the same ptions much cheaper.

What a great kitchen product! We have made dinner roll dough, cinnamon bun dough and even pie crust dough. They came out perfect! Far better and quieter than our old Zorinski! Worth every penny.
