So easy to make bread daily. There is nothing like having fresh bread daily. Wish I would have ordered one years ago. Simple and so easy to use. Definitely beats all the hand kneading for sure. I so recommend this to any one who loves all breads and doughs.

I received this gift for Christmas and was a bit apprehensive to use it. I suffer from carpal tunnel and kneading can be difficult. I finally used it following the direction from the booklet that was provided and I was surprised how easy and delicious the bread turned out. Definitely recommend it

This was the first bread maker I have used. The instructions are easy to follow and straight forward. What I love the most about this machine is its versatility. Being able to customize the loaf size, crust color and type of bread is invaluable.

Makes nice bread, but noisy. During the kneading phases, the machine makes so much thumping noise I had to move it to another room. Which is not easy in a house with an open floor plan. Very disappointing.

I read all the reviews before deciding on this bread maker. I own several Cuisinart appliances and love them as well. However this one is not a well made appliance. First of all the instruction manual seems easy but when you actually have to use one of the recipes, they do not make sense. Example: the recipe for rye bread calls for 12/3 cups of water for a 2 lb loaf. What does this even mean add additional 12 teaspoons? 12 tablespoons plus 3 cups water? There is no notes or conversion anywhere in the entire booklet. So you guess. Next you put the bread pan in the machine with ingredients and should be easy, it states to set the program to white bread 2 lb loaf and select your bread color. This was not the case. My machine would not let me press anything but the on button white bread (#1) selection. It defaults to 11/2 loaf size and light color bread. I tried unplugging it, start/stop button several time. The machine did not let me choose anything. I let it cook as is. When the beeper went off to remove the dough hook. I knew it was bad when my dough was very runny. I still gave it shot to cook. When the cycle was over, the bread was undone and I had to throw it away. I cook homemade bread several times a month and this is a major disappointment. I will be returning it if the store takes it back, or donating to Goodwill. I would include a picture but already threw the bread out.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
