Our Cuisinart Compact Bread maker has been a fantastic addition to our kitchen. The fun of making fresh loaves of fresh bread is only surpassed by the enjoyment we receive from the tasty slices either toasted or for making sandwiches.
We have made the white bread and whole wheat and have enjoyed every bite.
There are so many options for other types of bread we look forward to trying.
The machine itself is easy to operate with its intuitive design.

Nice, convenient size and works well! I’ve wanted a breadmaker for a while now so I can start making my everyday bread for my family. It tastes better and you know what’s in it this way. The machine is very easy to use and the bread came out with no problems. Nice machine!

vertical bread maker CBK-110 for Christmas

I got this vertical bread maker CBK-110 for Christmas. The recipes are limited as compared to my very old BREADMASTER horizontal bread maker. These recipes for wheat/white bread are extremely Dry. Is there an updated manual. I will have to manually check each loaf during the kneading process and probably add ¼ cup of water or more. The default Wheat/White loaf, 2 LB, comes out as a huge dense concrete brick. Not impressed at all. The horizontal bread maker works much better but takes up more room. It is worth the space.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
