This was a gift for my birthday and it's great! Easy to use with great results everyone in the family loves the results! One of the best features? It has a small footprint. I can make a loaf of yummy cinnamon swirl bread in a matter of hours and the aroma of the yeast and cinnamon moves around the my kitchen, but the heat from the baking doesn't. I like to bake bread, but when the temp is 95°, I'm not too keen about turning on my oven. This bread maker makes it so much easier. It makes three sizes of loaves which is a great way to try out new kinds of bread for the first time. I know you will really enjoy yours too!

We have 2 other Cuisinart products which we love; however, I was very disappointed in this bread machine. Each time I used it the bread did not rise properly, and the taste left something to be desired. It could not compete with my 20 year old Oster machine which died.

This is by far my favorite kitchen appliance. Just add the recipe ingredients and the machine does all the work. I've tried a good number of the recipes, exactly as printed, and have been reworded with appetizing smells and healthier choices of bread. I do have to use self-control to not eat more than my share, (gotta watch the waist line). Kneading by hand is too time consuming, not to mention achy arthritic fingers. I was concerned about store bought breads' added preservatives and unhealthy fructose additives to the point that I almost stopped buying and eating bread all together. Now I know exactly what is in my bread and I have it without the time consuming work.

It doesnt take up much space, but it makes a sweet little loaf of bread. I only ever seem to make the white or wheat bread, but i love it toasted. This is my third bread maker but the best by far. From scratch or a mix, it works great !
