This is by far my favorite kitchen appliance. Just add the recipe ingredients and the machine does all the work. I've tried a good number of the recipes, exactly as printed, and have been reworded with appetizing smells and healthier choices of bread. I do have to use self-control to not eat more than my share, (gotta watch the waist line). Kneading by hand is too time consuming, not to mention achy arthritic fingers. I was concerned about store bought breads' added preservatives and unhealthy fructose additives to the point that I almost stopped buying and eating bread all together. Now I know exactly what is in my bread and I have it without the time consuming work.

It doesnt take up much space, but it makes a sweet little loaf of bread. I only ever seem to make the white or wheat bread, but i love it toasted. This is my third bread maker but the best by far. From scratch or a mix, it works great !

Unlike my previous machine, a Panasonic I regretfully gave away when I moved, this one makes you take the dough out to add cinnamon and raisins and remove paddle. Since it’s the only bread I be been making, can’t comment on other kinds. The bread is ok, still trying to tweak it so it isn’t so heavy/doughy. Added all ingredients as per instructions, but still did not rise as much as it should have. Wasn’t terrible but wasn’t anything I would give anyone.
I’m sure with time I’ll work out all the quirks and be turning out great loaves.
This in no way compares to my old Panasonic, which never, ever produced anything but awesome drool worthy loaves.
