I received this bread maker as a Christmas present. Over the past few weeks I have made five kinds of bread from the recipe book included with the bread maker. They have all been delicious, the taste and texture have been perfect. I’m looking forward to trying all of the recipes.

I have three Cusinart kitchen appliances. I love them all. I am fairly new at making yeast bread. It was difficult for me to find the time to do all the work by hand. This bread machine is extraordinarily convenient. I just put in the ingredients and program it. After it’s done, I have delicious bread every time. I use it regularly because it’s so easy.

While the machine works well, I am disappointed the 'light' setting still gets the crust so dark I have to 'saw' through it. Not my first bread machine so I can compare.
