This is an important part of our family eating healthier. Simple to use, easy cleaning, tasty, healthier bread. Less calories than store bought bread, without the preservatives that are not kind to our bodies. I can't wait to try the many options we have to make different types of bread. At first, my family was confused on why I purchased a bread maker. After tasting the first slice (while warm) with butter, they were in love with it as well. This will be used for years to come.

I enjoyed my large Cuisinart Bread Maker for 12 years. My new compact version has many improvements and still does everything my old one did. I am SO happy I finally replaced it and stayed with Cuisinart.

I highly recommend this bread making machine. Simplicity is what was looking for in starting to learn how to make bread.
After 6 attempts at making bread I ran across a recipe to making perfect sandwich bread. If you were to make the best sandwich bread (according to my wife), don't use the manual that's included with machine. Go online and get tips on how to do make bread. The machine is simple and just push a few buttons and go golf. I recommend and would buy again.

This is a good machine to start out with. It is simple to operate and works as expected if you follow the instructions. I’ve made only two loaves of white bread thus far, and I plan on making other types in the future. The only problem I’ve had is with cooling time. The instructions recommend 30 minutes and my online searches recommend one hour. Even so I think I will probably wait one hour and thirty minutes to cut the next loaf I bake, as it’s still difficult to cut with th bread slicer I bought.
