I have owned many Cuisinart appliances, and I have always been pleased with their quality and performance. This bread maker does not disappoint. I’ve only had it for a few weeks, but I’ve made lots of things with it – whole wheat bread, raisin bread, pizza dough, dinner rolls. I’m still experimenting with recipes, but the machine has worked perfectly every time.

The directions are provided for use along with recipes.
The delay start is tricky but I guess you can’t have it all.

I really like making bread, breads of all kinds and Cuisinart makes that so easy with their Bread machine. The recipes that are included have been tested and they really work.
The time is saves it amazing and your home smells fabulous while its baking.

So happy with this purchase! It is easy to program, fairly quiet and comes with a recipe book. Not necessary to buy special ingredients as it can used all purpose flour and regular active yeast. My husband loves the fresh bread. As this is my first bread maker, I’m happy with the quality for the price. I use it every week.
