I am very happy with the bread maker. I have not made all of the recipes in the booklet but the ones I have turned out very good. It is easy to use. Still new to me, but so far I like it a lot.

Bread comes out terrible

I've tried 5 different recipes. None of them came out well. I had a bread machine a long time ago and every loaf came out perfectly. I'm not sure what is wrong with this machine. I have followed the recipes exactly.

I’ve had bread makers before that were okay, but the Cuisinart compact bread maker is really nice. It’s small, quiet, efficient, and the recipes are working out perfectly. It even has a light you can use to check on the dough’s progress. I’ve made pizza dough, regular white bread and whole wheat bread. I’ve used the dough hook removal buzzer too. I’m not finding anything that needs changing which is very unusual.
