My husband is pleased as pie that I can now serve him fresh homemade bread every day! The loafs are the right size to serve a small dinner party or for a couple to eat for several days. I have successfully made GF pizza dough and bread as well, which is the reason I wanted this model for the GF function. That is a tall order! Thanks to Cuisinart, we have much more healthy yum in our lives! My only complaint is that I am ready for more GF recipes. There are several in the book that comes with the model, but not enough! SOOO easy to clean this model. I can't wait to try making sourdough!

Bought for the gluten-free setting and was not disappointed! The recipes in the booklet take all the guesswork out of perfecting gluten-free bread. My sweetheart and I especially enjoyed the cinnamon swirl loaf.

I only just purchased a the breadmaker a few weeks ago and every loaf has turned out wonderful - properly kneaded and proofed - with the perfect texture for sandwiches. I use Golden Whole Wheat Flour and still the bead was light with great chew. I absolutely recommend this breadmaker!
