Larger loaves, easy to release, light/medium/dark choices for crust, just push a button and fresh bread is the result. We've made rye, country white, whole grain wheat, Hawaiian sweet, sourdough. We use the box mixes because theyre easier but you can make any bread from scratch as well. The "add-ingredients" feature is awesome for things like nuts, raisins, or fruit.
