I received this bread maker for my birthday and absolutely love it. The compact size fits easily in my pantry, but I still have 3 loaf size options. I particularly like the ability to remove the mixing paddle before the baking cycle begins.

It’s lightweight and easy to store and easy to use and fairly economical to purchase. It also comes with an instruction booklet complete with recipes. I’d look on-line for more recipes though…I purchased a large cookbook of bread recipes just for more variety. I absolutely love my bread maker and I have had no negative experiences using it. I used to make bread from scratch and knead by hand but without much luck and I ran out of patience so thank goodness some smart person invented this machine!

I make fresh bread weekly. During my busy season at work this becomes difficult to take the time. I hadn’t used a bread maker in years, but decided to try this one. I’m glad I did! In a month I’ve made three different kinds of bread and they have been a delicious success. Bread making is as much a technique as it is a recipe- so I look forward to even better bread as I bake.
