I received this bread maker for my birthday and absolutely love it. The compact size fits easily in my pantry, but I still have 3 loaf size options. I particularly like the ability to remove the mixing paddle before the baking cycle begins.

I've baked a half-dozen loaves of bread so far and all have come out perfect. I found the light crust to be the best setting, as this allows for the easiest slicing. I couldn't be happier!

It’s lightweight and easy to store and easy to use and fairly economical to purchase. It also comes with an instruction booklet complete with recipes. I’d look on-line for more recipes though…I purchased a large cookbook of bread recipes just for more variety. I absolutely love my bread maker and I have had no negative experiences using it. I used to make bread from scratch and knead by hand but without much luck and I ran out of patience so thank goodness some smart person invented this machine!

In a month I’ve made three different kinds of bread and they have been a delicious success. Bread making is as much a technique as it is a recipe- so I look forward to even better bread as I bake.
