I've had so much fun with my new bread maker! I have made a whole wheat 1-1/2 lb loaf. Pizza dough and cinnamon rolls. All recipes were from the included cookbook. However, for my taste, the salt measure for these three recipes is not enough. Bread and dough release easily. I like the bread program that has an alert to remove paddle if desired. It is lightweight and stores easily on my pantry shelf. Highly recommend.

We are extremely pleased with our Cuisinart Bread Maker! We no longer buy bread at the store, and make all kinds of great breads with no preservatives or extra additives. Would certainly recommend if you have the 10-15 minutes it takes to set up!

I had been searching for a new Breadmaker after previously owning a Hamilton Beach Breadmaker which lasted over 20 years. I bought this Cuisinart model because my sister owns one and recommended it to me. The Cuisinart machine is average at best. I strictly followed the directions given in the instruction manual, and the bread was a bit dry. When I made pizza dough using the dough option, I was disappointed in how difficult it was to manipulate the dough in shaping the pizza. I will experiment and tweak the recipes to hopefully find better outcomes.
