Having never owned a bread machine I really didn’t know what to expect and was quite skeptical. I’ve only made a few loaves of bread, but I have to say it is much easier and quicker than making it by hand. I am very happy with the bread machine. One of the thing I really appreciate is the booklet and instructions that came with it and it also included several recipes to get started. I felt it is good quality and very affordable. I would certainly recommend it to anyone that loves homemade bread.

I needed a breadmaker to help with the kneading work & to have a reliable temp for the rising process. This breadmaker does this wonderfully. I'm not crazy about the shape of the loaf. It's 'squat' which makes the bread seem dense when it shouldn't be, but I've decided to use the machine to do the work & then transfer the loaf into pans to bake in my oven.
