I love this little machine! This was a Christmas gift from my husband. I've made several loaves of bread and even some buns. It's easy to use and easy to clean. I did leave off 1 star because of how lightweight it is, the kneading cycles tend to let it dance on the counter! I solved this with some of those grippy jar opener things under the feet. All in all, I definitely recommend for any beginner!

Love the bread maker! Size, options, ease of use, all wonderful! However, so far I have not cared for the recipes that accompanied the machine. The recipes for good old fashion bread have been rather blah, tasteless, uninspired. Struggling to see if I can adapt tries and true favorites from another machine to the Cuisinart.
