The Discontinued Compact Automatic Bread Maker, is a relatively good product, I was enthused until I saw the phrase Discontinued Compact Automatic Bread Maker. Never the less I tired the Discontinued Compact Automatic Bread Maker and it worked fine. The Discontinued Compact Automatic Bread Maker was quite and efficient. The Discontinued Compact Automatic Bread Maker was a good price and well how could it not be being a discontinued product. I and the machine itself feel a little disheartened that it is called The Discontinued Compact Automatic Bread Maker. It doesn't deserve the demuitive title and though I appreciate the transparency. It is a little disconcerting. But over all the Discontinued Compact Automatic Bread Maker works well

Overall this is a good machine. It is fairly compact and very easy to use. The recipe instructions are simple and use common ingredients. Some of the cycles are louder than I expected. I've made a few loafs of white and wheat bread. Some of my loafs collapsed when I took out the dough to remove the paddle. The 2 lb loafs are more like cubes- as wide as they are long- so you get large slices but fewer of them. I don't think we can replace store bought bread with these. I am looking forward to trying other recipes or possibly using it just to prep dough.

I'm so pleased with this bread machine. So far I've made French bread, white bread, wheat bread, cinnamon rolls and dough for kolaches - twice!
I appreciate the detailed recipes that are included. Dough pan is easy to clean. It does a wonderful job kneading the dough and the delayed bake function is handy- so nice to wake up to freshly baked bread. Everything I've made so far has looked and tasted great and I had zero experience with a bread machine before this one.
I had to stock up on products I don't usually buy such as yeast, powdered milk, powdered buttermilk, different flours, etc but it's been fun. I definitely recommend this product, I am impressed with it.

Just baked my first loaf using my sourdough starter! Everything worked great. There was a warning on the instruction manual that a smell is common the first time you bake, but I didn't sell anything other than the bread baking

Have used it one time. It seems like its going to be good. It was a gift from my sister. I have been using a 20year old bread machine that was working fine. So will have to use the new bread maker a few more times to compare it to the old one.
