I am so happy I purchased this bread maker. It’s the first one I’ve owned and I am having so much fun with it. However, I do not bake the bread in the machine. After the last kneeling cycle I take the dough out and bake it in a bread pan coated with butter and flour. I bake it at 350 for 30 minutes. Comes out great and delicious. Love it.

We bought this Cuisinart Compact Automatic Bread Maker for making sodium-free bread. The Recipe Booklet/User Manual is written with clear and simple instructions. This bread maker is a marvelous machine and the bread turns out beautiful and delicious. We have eliminated as much salt as possible in our food program and this miracle machine makes it possible to make sodium-free bread. We have also enjoyed making the Sweet-Roll dough into Cinnamon rolls, yummy! The machine is simple to use, and the recipes turn out great, not to mention how good our home smells while bread is baking in this bread maker. We have made a 2# loaf each week and Cinnamon rolls. We enjoyed the
11/2 # Oatmeal Bread recipe, very tasty. We look forward to making each of the recipes in the booklet. This machine is also capable of making Jam and Chutney as well. We especially like the fact that the bread can bake in the machine or ithe dough can be baked in our range oven for shaped into rolls, etc. We have also made pizza crust dough; turned out delicious.
We are so glad we made this purchase; makes eating sodium-free bread a reality for people who are on sodium restricted food programs for health reasons.

I received it as a gift and I love it. It's tricky to learn the manual but not too bad. The center of the bread is a bit denser than the rest. I eat it anyway. Maybe it is because I just make gluten-free bread. I am open to suggestions. Maybe, I need to use a different program. Thank you.
