Since I purchased this bread machine, I have made 8 loafs of different types are bread from the included recipe book. Love the ease of use and quality of product. I own a few other Cuisinart products and all products have been top quality at a great price

I like the simplicity of the bread machine. It makes the making of the bread a lot easier than doing it by hand. My only complaint is that the ladle blade sticks in the bread.
