So far I've made 2 loaves and both turned out great. I did a small and large just to see the difference. I love how easy it is to use, especially the alert about removing the paddle--that alone is a game changer.

This bread maker is perfect for a small family. Since being gifted it I have made 7 loafs of bread. Being gluten free I needed a bread maker that has that setting. I’m still learning what best gluten free flour to use but it makes amazing normal bread for my boyfriend. I highly recommend this to anyone!!!

My beloved 90's bread machine finally died and I purchased this Cuisinart Compact Automatic Bread Maker. My main use was to be for the Dough Cycle (I like to bake my bread in the oven). I love the simplicity of this machine, and though it was a learning curve from my old bread machine, I also love the way the way the Cuisinart has performed. It's sturdy, sleek and intuitive. I've not had the bread maker long, but I've used many dough cycles and I've made 1 loaf of bread made in the machine. It's perfect for my needs! Thank you Cuisinart!

I like the simplicity of the bread machine. It makes the making of the bread a lot easier than doing it by hand. My only complaint is that the ladle blade sticks in the bread.
