Product works perfectly but the bread recipes or settings are garbage. They come out like a brick. Mixes perfectly and I hope to find the right settings and recipe to make good bread.

I have never used a bread machine before, normally making bread by hand. A friend shared how easy it is to use a bread machine, so I thought to buy one. I selected a cuisinart product because I love their waffle machine! I was not surprised with how easy this machine was to use. If I follow the directions, the loaf turns out perfectly. When I goof it up, and believe me, I have. I can pull the loaf out during the last rise and cook it in the oven with good results. The gluten free recipes are a God send and I am able to alter them with the more stringent dietary requirements of my highly allergic grandsons.

I am just starting to learn the machine and adjusting recipes. I have not found my go to bread yet and the bread is just ok. My sister loves this bread maker and I hope to love it also. So far bread has just come out ok/passable and I am using premium products.
