I love this bread machine. I never used a bread machine before. This is so easy to use, I wish I got one years ago. I made the French, white and rye bread already. All were very good. I make bread once a wk now. What I like is there are no commicals like store bought bread.

I have just started to make bread with my bread baker, it does great with the Brioche recipe, but I need to tweak something with the whole wheat flour as my first and second time I use whole wheat flour to make bread, it came out a bit tough.

This is my second bread machine. I love this machine. It’s very easy to use very easy to clean up. Makes a very tasty loaf of bread. I’m really excited to try the other recipes that come in the booklet with it.

I purchased the CBK-110P1 compact bread machine out of curiosity whether I would actually use this appliance. I found the compact nature of it as being very helpful as it is lightweight and easy to move when not in use. It also is easy to use as it automatically completes many of the necessary function in bread making with good results.

Still trying to figure out best approach to using. Have had varying results (great and meh). The beeper is really loud! I wish there was a way to silence it (like if I don't care on this batch to remove the paddle and don't have add ins; or if I'm sleeping). It would be great to have the LED lights dim or turn off too.

I can bake cookies, cakes and so forth, but never had much luck with breads. So when an opportunity arose and I had a choice of gifts from my employer, I chose the bread maker. I wanted to see how easy or difficult it would be to make a simple loaf. And it turned out to be amazingly simple and the resulting bread was fantastic! Just water, yeast, flour, and a bit of sugar and salt - five items - and no artificial ingredients and the result was a wonderful, light, white bread with a light crust. It's absolutely foolproof and the result tastes great. I'm very happy and intend to try rye and other bread types soon.
