I have made bread for years by hand and grind my own wheat so was a bit nervous that it could do 100% whole wheat bread products. It's no problem at all it makes great bread with no effort. Also dough for pizza. Everything I've tried so far has exceeded my expectations. I love it.

Bought to make gf bread still working out the kinks. I’ve had a bread machine in past hated it bread tasted metallic. It’s easy to use and love that it has the gf option I think that helps. We also make regular bread because my daughter has a soy allergy so I make her bread as well they love it. Wish it had more gf recipes.

I'm very happy with my purchase. I make bread at least once a week, usually rolls, and have found this machine to be efficient. I haven't baked bread in it yet, because I like to shape my own into rolls, loaves, braids, for example. I find it easy to clean up, with the nonstick finish. Stores easily in the space I have designated for it.

I gave away a breadmaker when I moved here because it took up too much space. This one is perfect. I moved a couple of things around and made space to keep it on my (small) counter. It looks pretty cool. So far it works very well and is easy to use. The recipe booklet is pretty sufficient for my needs. Glad I bought it.

I had a larger bread maker and returned it for the Cuisinart! I love this compact machine. It bakes bread to perfection and doesn’t take up much counter space! It’s so easy to set controls and everything I’ve made so far has been delicious! It seems to be well made. I have made both the 1 1/2 lb load and the 2 lb loaf. Definitely love the French bread recipe!
