I have made 2 loaves at this time.I only make the dough and complete the loaf in my oven.As I live in a high altitude bread making is challenging. I still am working on the balance between the yeast and salt but my second loaf was improved over my first.The machine is quiet and as it is compact, very light to move from storage to my work space.far I am pleased with this Machine.

I love the feature of being able to remove the paddle. Just makes for easier clean up and neater loaf. Five loaves so far have been perfect. No issues!
