Got this on recommendation from a few different folks I follow on the socials, specifically a lady that makes amazing bread. It has not disappointed. I love the feature of being able to remove the paddle. Just makes for easier clean up and neater loaf. Five loaves so far have been perfect. No issues! And it’s sleek and compact so I can leave it out on my counter. I’ve always trusted Cuisinart and so glad to continue.
