I love the ease of using the bread machine to mix and rise my dough. I haven’t tried baking in it yet because I have been taking it out after the last rise and baking it in the oven. No more store bought bread with preservatives at our house!

This makes it quick and easy to make all our sandwich bread from scratch. Only reason I docked it a star is because the crust is still kinda dark on the light setting.
