I have had issues with the recipes included. The amount of water needed if often wrong and the dough is a sandy consistency. After the mixing process I’m not certain how much to add so I have had to throw out the batch.

The heating element is at the bottom so when it goes to cook the bread shrinks to the bottom. Now I take the dough out after the second rise and cook pit in the oven.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Purchased the bread maker and a Quisinart Cookbook. We are enjoying the breads for the most part… my only two recommendations would be to find a way to make the bread more moist or less dry and make the container more rectangular and a bit larger like a loaf.
