I received this as a gift/replacement for an older bread machine that was hiding in the appliance garage for a decade. I’ve been using it at least 1/week to make bread, pizza doughs, doughs for hamburger and hotdog buns and more. Much quieter than my older model and easy to program. Good recipes in the booklet that I modified to my personal diaries and experiments.

I have had issues with the recipes included. The amount of water needed if often wrong and the dough is a sandy consistency. After the mixing process I’m not certain how much to add so I have had to throw out the batch.

The heating element is at the bottom so when it goes to cook the bread shrinks to the bottom. Now I take the dough out after the second rise and cook pit in the oven.
