This is the third Compact Automatic Bread Maker I have owned. One I wore out using it weekly to make dough/bread over so many years I cannot remember - hence this new one. I have one in our RV and one at home now. They make perfect loaves and dough for whatever you want.

I thought it would work better. I found that the bread maker does not cook evenly. It has one heating element and the bottom of the bread will be over cooked and the top of the loaf will be under cooked.

Great product! I love this bread maker, the only negative aspect is that you need to wait from 1 to 3.5 hrs to have the bread ready to eat.
