Has might all my expectations. Use at least once a week sometimes twice. Best kitchen appliance I have purchased. Great product if you want simple bread , for our family it works great we do eat a lot of bread. The taste and quality is so much better. Current I make basic white bread, with time I would like to make sourdough with the machine.

I’m still trying to got the bread exactly how I want it. The basic white recipe you provided was not a favorite. I also wish that you broke down what each cycle is a little more - how many rises, how long, how long baking, etc. I’m taking out the dough for additional kneading since it’s a little too crumbly. Having fun with it though.
