This is the best bread maker I’ve had in years. The best part is it makes an upright loaf instead of the sideways one that bread makers are making now. Much better to have the indentation in the bottom instead of across the whole bottom of the long loaf. I’m actually thinking about buying a second one as a back up because I love it so much. Makes excellent bread.

Nothing bets fresh homemade bread with real ingredients. Since I’m really not much of a baker, having a bread machine is great! My family and friends are enjoying fresh baked bread. I’ve just used the recipes that came with the bread machine so far. I plan on branching out later. I like being able to control the ingredients and eating real food.

My only complaint is that my GF bread mix is for 2 1/2 lbs but the setting does not allow that weight recipe for GF bread. I do love the compact size as I have small counter space. It also looks good.
