Love it, I've wanted one for years but always felt like it was cheating.... I used to bake bread with my mom and she even ground her own wheat. But with my father's special dietary needs the bread on the shelf at the store was just full of junk! So I went for it and now I know that he's eating real bread with organic ingredients. It's great because I can dump everything in and go back to work and let it do everything! It's a great starter machine or if you just want to experiment with a bread maker.

The machine itself is really easy to use, but bread comes out very crumbly, and therefore hard to cut when you use the recipes as directed.

The recipes were not very good and you might as well make pizza dough by hand.

Loaves are small but perfect for two people. One thing I don't care for is the paddle sticks in the loaf when done baking, however with persistence it can be removed. I have been using fresh ground whole wheat flour and a simple recipe. Very pleased with the purchase.
