Loaves are small but perfect for two people. One thing I don't care for is the paddle sticks in the loaf when done baking, however with persistence it can be removed. I have been using fresh ground whole wheat flour and a simple recipe. Very pleased with the purchase.

I’m a bit of a purest; thus, homemade bread should be made by hand. On the other hand, like many families, I don’t have much extra time to make homemade bread. However, I can put the ingredients in my new bread maker, and the tool does the rest. I don’t have to get up at the crack of dawn to make bread for my family. I can set it in the afternoon, and the kids come home to a house filled with the delicious smell of fresh bread. Throw in the homemade strawberry jam I made at the crack of dawn; it is a healthy and tasty snack. It is well worth the investment.
