I use it only to make dough and it works great for that. It combines the ingredients much more quickly than my ancient Breadman. I wish it would add mix-ins automatically, but this is a minor drawback. It’s very compact which makes storage easy.

Great little machine for beginners. No fuss machinery to produce bread within hours. Have had this bread maker for less than a month and have made different breads on a weekly basis for a family of four. The dough program is very useful to help with the hardest part of bread making, kneading. It’s been a joy to use and keeps my home smelling like fresh bread.

AMAZED at the quality of the dough and then the bread that it produces!!! I have used the machine a number of times now, and have used several recipes from the book that came with the bread maker! Much better than my old machine! I remove the dough and shape it to place into a regular bread pan to bake, and have found the bread produced to be of excellent taste and texture. I find that the two sided instruction manual / bread recipes is very informative, easy to follow, and very helpful.
